- The help section has been completely rewritten.
- The setup script will now attempt to verify your settings before running.
- Added options for expiration of login cookies.
- Added Complete Themes option.
- Improved RSS feeds and added an about page.
- The tools directory can now be placed inside the log directory.
- Added option for admin users to log in as any log user.
- No longer requires register_globals.
- Searches also search flex fields now.
- Removed { category width } { entry width } and { server } tags.
- The { color } tag has been deprecated and will be removed in the future in favor of CSS.
